These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the site orgulloperuano.com, operated by Orgulloperuano S.A.C., with tax ID 20611729348, registered address at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, and subject to the laws of the Republic of Peru.
1. Purpose
The site offers educational content, simulators and contact forms relating to the responsible management of savings, business surplus and family financial planning in Peru. It does not constitute individual investment advice.
2. Access to the site
Access is free of charge. Some content requires prior registration through the form available on the site. It is the user's responsibility to provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
3. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the site in accordance with Peruvian law, morality, good practice and public order; refraining from fraudulent conduct, impersonating identities or attempting to access restricted areas.
4. Intellectual property
All site content (text, graphics, logos, source code, simulators and educational materials) is owned by Orgulloperuano S.A.C. or used under the appropriate licence, and is protected by Legislative Decree No. 822, the Copyright Law of Peru.
5. Liability
Orgulloperuano S.A.C. makes reasonable efforts to keep the site operational and up to date. It is not liable for interruptions arising from force majeure, scheduled maintenance or decisions taken by the user based on the educational content of the site.
6. Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions to adapt to regulatory changes or service improvements. Any modification will be published on the site indicating the date of the last update.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of the Judicial District of Lima, unless otherwise provided by law.
8. Consumer protection
Claims may be submitted through the Complaints Book available on the site or before Indecopi in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defence Code, Law No. 29571.
