Orgulloperuano S.A.C., with tax ID 20611729348 and registered address at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, San Isidro, Lima, is the data controller of your personal data in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data bank registered with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights is Orgulloperuano S.A.C. You may contact our Data Protection Officer at datos@orgulloperuano.com.
2. Data we collect
We process your full name, email address, telephone number, approximate location (region and district) and the navigation data necessary to provide the service. We never request banking passwords, dynamic keys or financial application credentials.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used solely to: (i) handle your request for guidance; (ii) send educational content about personal finance; (iii) comply with legal obligations applicable to the Peruvian financial sector; (iv) produce anonymised statistics about the impact of the programme.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your express consent provided through the forms on the site, as well as compliance with obligations derived from Peruvian financial consumer protection regulations.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS), the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) and the competent judicial authorities only when there is a valid legal request.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for the time necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and, thereafter, for the periods required by Peruvian tax and financial law, which do not exceed ten (10) years.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to datos@orgulloperuano.com or by visiting our office in San Isidro. You may also lodge complaints with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
8. Security measures
We apply technical, organisational and legal measures in accordance with the regulations of Law No. 29733: TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access controls, audit logs and regular staff training.
9. Minors
The service is intended for persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly process data of children or adolescents.
